Sea Trip Policy

Star marine holds the rights to cancel any booking due to bad weather or safety. Star marine will do its best not to cancel but to postpone any trips that needs to be. If a booking is cancelled by star marine 100% refund shall be given in 3-5 working days of the trips date.

  • To confirm a booking 100% of the payment must be made before the booking goes ahead. If the customer has not confirmed the booking by paying 100% the time of the booking maybe taken by another client.
  • If a client has booked a trip and cancels 7 days or more before the trip 100% of the payment shall be refunded into the same account.
  • If a customer cancels a booking 5-7 days before the trip 50% of the fee will be refunded into the same account.
  • If a customer cancels a trip 3-5 days before the date of the trip only 25% will be refunded into the same account
  • If a customer cancels a trip 48 hours of departure no refund will be given.
  • If equipment is damaged or lost through neglect or carelessness the customer will be liable to the cost of the equipment in question.
  • Customers should arrive 15 minutes prior to the boat scheduled departure time, any delay will not be compensated in time neither in cash.
  • Sea Trips/Packages are Exclusive of VAT.
  • 5% VAT amount will be included on total amount.
